Nice portion sizes and the food was flavorful. The soups came in larger bowls then we remembered, however I felt the soups were mainly just broth. We ordered two different dinners, both with different soups too. How does a restaurant run out of a daily special that soon after opening? We were told that one of the items we planned to order was already sold out. We were seated and ordered about 2-1/2 hours after opening with the plan to try a couple different daily specials. I also noticed the person cleaning the tables, using the same wet rag and just going table to table, and not using any cleaner or drying the tables after wiping them off. When seated, the table and seats were still extremely wet from being cleaned off. Went there on a Wednesday, arriving shortly after 5:00 and had about a 30 minute wait, which we anticipated We also avoided going the first week they opened so they could work out some issues. Was a fan of the original Ocean Breeze restaurant, so was really looking forward to them reopening at this new location.
Sadly I can only rate this new Ocean Breeze about a 3 out of 5 stars.
